大数据时代背景下食用菌冷链物流一体化模式

摘    要:解构冷链物流商和渠道商,前者可细化为"冷链运输企业、冷链配送企业",后者则细化为"批发商、零售商"。在新零售业态中,食用菌冷链物流中的渠道商可以归零。在大数据时代和新零售业态下,研究食用菌冷链物流一体化模式的构建问题,可通过在食用菌产品供应源建立冷链物流共享平台、以合理的市场报价配置食用菌储运节点资源、厂商与第四方物流共享大数据强化合约管理、选择战略渠道合作商开展代储代供配送服务4个方面来展开。

Abstract:The cold chain logistics providers and channel distributors were deconstructed, the former can also be refined into"cold chain transportation enterprises and cold chain distribution enterprises", while the latter can be refined into"wholesalers and retailers". In the new retail format, channel operators in the cold chain logistics of edible fungi can be reset to zero. In the era of big data and the new retail format, to study the construction of the edible fungi cold chain logistics integration model through the way of establish a cold chain logistics sharing platform at the supply source of edible fungi products, and configure edible fungi storage at a reasonable market price Transportation node resources, manufacturers and fourth-party logistics share big data to strengthen contract management, select strategic channel partners to carry out intermediary storage and distribution services to start four aspects.
