STUDY ON HUMAN G CSF EXPRESSION BY INJECTING PLASMID INTO COW MAMMARY |

| Abstract: | Expression plasmid with whey acid protein (WAP) gene 5′ as a control region and human G CSF gene as a target was constructed. This plasmid was injected into cow mammary by injector. The results showed that there were 732μg/ml human G CSF in cow milk.It is suggested that this method might be used as a new system to produce recombinant protein in future. \ \ |
