制动气室有效承压面积的研究

我国拖拉机挂车气制动系统执行机构主要采用膜片式制动气室，对其有效承压面积进行理论分析和试验研究后．得出膜片式制动气室有效承压面积不仅与几何尺寸和气压有关。还与工作行程有关，找到了膜片式制动气室有效承压面积的变化规律，指出了不同型式的膜片式制动气室推杆有效工作行程范围。

Study on the Effective Pressure Bearing AREA of the Diagraph Pneumatic Brake Chamber

Diagraph pneumatic brake chamber is widely used as an actuating mechanism for tractor-trailer braking system. The effectiveness pressure bearing area of the diagraph pneumatic brake chamber is not stable value so that the pushing force of the pushing rod is variable. Brake characteristics of tractor-trailer brake system are affected directly by the diagraph pneumatic brake chamber. To ensure the braking effectiveness the pushing force of the pushing rod should be larger than that needed to expand the brake shoe. To explore the changing process of the effectiveness pressure bears area of the diagraph pneumatic brake chamber and the factors affecting the effectiveness pressure bearing area. The tests were carried out in accordance with JB/T9840.1-1998, Brake Chamber for Pneumatic Braking System of Tractor Trailer Technical Requirements.. Theoretical analysis and experiments have been made on the effectiveness pressure bearing area of diagraph pneumatic brake chamber that is one of the main actuating components for tractor-trailer brake system. The results show the effectiveness pressure bearing area affected as the pushing rod stroke and pressure are changing. The conclusion is that the effectiveness pressure bearing area is affected not only by the diagraph pneumatic brake chamber geometric dimensions and pressure, but also by the pushing rod stroke as well. In the meantime, the optimum pushing rod stroke of diagraph pneumatic brake chamber have been found. The change rule of the effectiveness pressure bearing area of the diagraph pneumatic brake chamber was found.
