摘    要:以‘陇椒5号'辣椒及其父、母本为试材,提取基因组DNA,利用SCAR标记鉴定其种子纯度.结果表明:从辣椒多态性丰富的150条引物中筛选获得1条可用于鉴别母本和F1的引物RG520,1条可用于鉴别父本和F1的引物RG780;将R520进行克隆、测序,设计出1对SCAR引物,能特异鉴别F1和母本.

Abstract:Genetic purity of pepper of 'Longjiao No.5' was identified by DNA extraction and SCAR with this cultivar and its parents as materials.The results showed that the primers of RG520 and RG780 could be used for separating female and male parent from F1 hybrid from 150 arbitary oligonucheotide primers.The band of RG520 was cloned and sequenced to be designed as a SCAR marker for separating female parent from F1 hybrid.
