摘    要:黄芪茎段组织培养研究的结果表明,黄芪茎段的最佳初代培养基为MS+6-BA 0.1 mg/L和MS+6-BA2.5 mg/L+NAA0.5 mg/L;MS+6-BA2.5mg/L+NAA 0.5 mg/L可作为继代培养基;高浓度的6-BA可促进黄芪短枝产生不定芽;附加物对短枝生长的影响随浓度和种类而变化,但促进生长的影响...

Abstract:The effects of basic medium type,hormone and addendum on tissue culture of Astragalus membranaceus Bge.was studies.The results showed that the optimum medium for primary is MS + 6-BA 0.1 mg/L and MS + 6-BA 2.5 mg/L + NAA 0.5 mg/L;the optimum medium for subculture is MS + 6-BA 2.5 mg/L + NAA0.5 mg/L;high concentration of 6-BA can promote the induction of adventitious buds;the addendum has not obviously influence of shoot growth.However,the promote growth had no significant influence.
