气流一阶集中式排种系统中弯管的设计及试验分析

摘    要:根据弯管压损理论选择设计了短半径弯管,并对其进行了相关试验.试验结果表明,长半径弯管的压损高于短半径弯管的压损,与最新研究理论相符;但是,使用长半径弯管时分配器的排量要大于使用短半径弯管时分配器的排量.同时,在试验中发现弯管与水平管的交接处附近产生物料沉积.

Abstract:Based on the elbow press loss theory, a short radius elbow was chosen and designed and experiments were made using it. The test result proved the press loss of the long radius elbow is higher than that of the short radius elbow, which accorded with the new theory. But the seeding rate used the long radius elbow is higher than that used the short radius elbow.
