摘    要:<正> 关于豌豆(Pisum sativum L.)的染色体组型。Blixt(1958,1959)曾作过报告。利用Giemsa显带技术研究豌豆染色体C带带型,Lamm(1981)在最近所有报导。豌豆是四川省的重要小春作物,品种资源很丰富。为了解我省豌豆地方品种的染色体组型和Giemsa C带带型的特点,进行了试验。本文报告了这一研究结果。


KARYOTYPE AND GIEMSA C-BANDING PATTERN OF PEA(Pisum sativum L.)
Abstract:Karyotype and Giemsa C-banding patterns of chromosomes in root tip cells (RTCs) of a pea variety "Ma-Huang-Zao" (Pisum sativum L.) have been studied in this experiment. Karyotype analysis shows that seven pairs of homologues of the pea variety can he distinguished morphologically. The results are lightly different from the normal type of Line 110 reported by Blixt (1958, 1959). By Giemsa C-banding technique, the characteristies of the C-banding patterns of chromosomes in RTCs of the pea variety hare been shown as follows: the secondary constriction bandings of chromosomes 4 and 7 are easily stainable and noticeable. Except chromosome 6, each of the other chromosomes shows a centromeric C-banding. The interstitial C-bandings are found in arms of chromosomes 4, 5, 6 and 7
