市场经济体制下沼气建设基层管理机制探讨

随着沼气建设的快速发展,户用沼气池数量大幅度增加,沼气池的后续管理和服务问题越来越突出,影响了沼气建设的进展和效益的发挥.针对现状,笔者探索了市场经济体制下沼气建设基层管理机制和模式,引入物业管理的概念,提出了加强户用沼气物业化管理的一些对策.

Management Mechanism of Biogas Project in Villages and Towns under Market Economy

With the fast development of biogas project, the amount of household biogas digesters are increasing at a good pace, which result in complicated question of management and service for biogas development and reflect some impact on biogas project according to the reality, we has done a research on management mechanism of biogas project in the market economy in villages and towns, which introduces the concept of property management, and provide some advises to advances the development of property management of domestic household biogas.
