大豆耐盐基因标记的开发

摘    要:利用目前大豆中已经克隆的耐盐相关基因及EST序列,设计43对引物,分别对大豆耐盐品种文丰7号和盐敏感品种union的基因组DNA,RNA进行检测,开发了6个可用于大豆种质耐盐性鉴定的标记。

Abstract:In the experiment, 43 pairs of primers were designed by means of salt-related gene and EST from Genbank. Those primers were detected in DNA and RNA that abstracted in Wenfeng 7(salt-tolerant) and Union(salt-sensitive). 6 pairs of primers that related to salt-tolerant gene were identified, which can be used as reference to identify the salt-resistance of varieties. On the other hand, this study provided helpful trace about the molecular mechanism of salt-tolerance in soybean.
