| 摘 要： | 在分析水库移民生态新村建设意义的基础上,提出了建设水库移民生态新村的思路和建议：科学规划;完善农田水利配套设施,发展优质高效农业;努力建设完善的生活配套设施;大力发展绿色建筑;积极发展农村生态旅游;认真创造文化学习氛围;切实加强村组领导班子的建设;多方筹措移民新村建设资金。
