| 摘 要： | [目的]研究激素对黄瓜果实发育的影响。[方法]通过外源激素涂抹处理开花当天的黄瓜幼果，调查坐果率，通过HPLC法分析处理后果实发育过程中内源激素的含量变化。[结果]2次调查中黄瓜的自然坐果率分别为15．1％和25．7％，赤霉素（CA）、6-苄氨基腺嘌呤（6一BA）和吡效隆处理黄瓜的坐果率分别为43．7％、68．3％和89．2％，表明细胞分裂素类物质尤其是吡效隆能显著提高黄瓜坐果率，CA对坐果有一定的促进作用。果实发育过程中内源生长素和细胞分裂素含量随着发育天数的增加逐渐降低，GA在开花后第3天和第6天含量较高。在果实发育快的品种中GA含量高于发育慢的品种。[结论]该研究为激素类物质在黄瓜栽培生产中的应用提供了指导依据。
