| 摘 要： | 目的]建立当归藤中儿茶素含量的测定方法。方法]利用紫外分光光度法，在检测波长280nill处测定样品吸光度，计算儿茶素含量。结果]儿茶素对照品在0．00781～0．04686me／ml浓度范围内与吸光度呈良好的线性关系（r=0．9992），平均回收率为98．72％，RSD值为0．09％（n=5）。当归藤样品中儿茶素平均含量为2．88％。结论]该方法简单、快捷、准确，可用于当归藤中儿茶素的质量控制。
