| 摘 要： | 从土壤微生物鉴定、微生物生物量及群落结构分析等方面，综述脂肪酸分析技术应用于土壤微生物多样性研究的现状，并对该技术的优点与不足进行评述，提出利用多种研究技术相结合研究土壤微生物多样性的发展前景。

| Abstract: | The application status of fatty acid analysis in soil microbial diversity studies was reviewed from three aspects such as using in identification soil microbial, microbial biomass and community structure analysis. The advantages and drawbacks of this technology were also summarized. In addition, the development prospects of studying the diversity of soil microbial combining various research techniques was proposed. |
