广西2009~2010年夏秋冬春连旱气候特征分析及影响评价

采用统计学的方法,分析了广西2009~2010夏秋冬春连旱的气候特征;并根据灾情收集资料,对此次干旱对农业、林业、江河航运、水库蓄水、水力发电、旅游、人民生活等方面产生的影响进行评价分析。结果表明,2009年8月~2010年4月,广西发生了持续8个月的夏秋冬春连续严重干旱,干旱具有持续时间长、范围广、干旱级别高的特征,由此对广西的农业、林业、水力发电、江河航运、水库蓄水、人民生活等方面都产生了不同程度的影响,同时提出了广西干旱防御对策。

Study on Consecutive Drought Climate Characteristics and Impacts Assessment in Summer,Autumn,Winter and Spring from 2009 to 2010 in Guangxi
