| 摘 要： | 对省沽油1年生硬枝插条按正交试验设计进行扦插试验,旨在研究激素种类、处理时间及基质类型等因素对省沽油冬季扦插育苗的影响,对成苗率、生根数及苗高等指标进行调查分析。结果表明:选用100mg/kg的ABT1号生根粉处理12h,以纯园土为基质进行扦插育苗效果最好,成苗率高达87%,扦插苗须根发达。

| Abstract: | Experiments on Hardwood Cuttage were carried out by means of L9(34) orthogonal experiment to study the effects of the three factors including different hormones, treatment times and different substrate types on one-year-old hardwood cuttings of staphylea. bumalda.
