| 摘 要： | 国家陆续出台了林业产业振兴规划等扶持林业政策,林业上市公司的发展又再次引起社会的关注,合理的资本结构对于林业上市公司的发展具有重要意义。研究选取2000~2009年林业上市公司数据,对我国林业上市公司资本结构现状进行研究,实证检验了林业上市公司资本结构与公司绩效之间呈负相关关系,并对形成这种结果的原因进行了分析,并为我国林业上市公司寻求最优资本结构提出了相关政策性建议。
