| 摘 要： | 近年来,随着温室效应的加剧,全球气候变暖问题日益突出,对农业生产带来了严重影响。全球气候变暖是多种因素综合作用的结果,人们最关心的是起决定性作用的一种或几种因素。分析表明：自然因素是影响全球气候变暖的基本因素,而人为因素是主导因素。在此基础上,探讨了减缓和控制全球气候变暖的主要措施,如减少温室气体排放,提高现有能源的利用效率,加强新能源的开发等。
