铜陵凤凰山铜尾矿库区凤丹种植地土壤酶活性研究

摘    要:目的]了解铜陵凤凰山铜尾矿库区凤丹种植地土壤酶活性情况。方法]对安徽铜陵凤凰山新、老铜尾矿矿区凤丹种植和非种植地以及凤凰山农田地区的土壤采样,分析4种土壤酶活性。结果]新、老尾矿库凤丹种植地4种土壤酶活性大于非种植地土壤酶活性。老尾矿库的凤丹种植地的土壤酶活性大于新尾矿库区,但是低于农田地区土壤酶活性。结论]经过十几年的复垦,老尾矿库土壤酶活性有明显的提高。

Abstract:Objective] The research aimed to investigate the enzyme activities in Paeonia ostii land at copper-tailings reservoir of Fenghuang Mountain. Method] Calatase, invertase, urease and phosphatase activities in Paeonia ostii plantation and non-plantation soils from Fenghuang Mountain were studied. Result] All enzyme activities in plantation soil were higher than those in non-plantation soils.
