摘    要:[目的]优化超声波提取硬头黄竹(Bambusa rigida)叶黄酮的工艺。[方法]通过单因素试验研究不同溶剂、乙醇浓度、提取温度、料液比和提取时间对提取效果的影响,通过正交试验对提取工艺进行优化。[结果]在超声波功率为600W时,各因素对黄酮提取量的影响顺序为:乙醇浓度〉提取温度〉料液比〉提取时间。最佳的提取工艺为:乙醇浓度为85%,提取温度为75℃,提取时间90min、料液比1:30,在该条件下黄酮提取量为11.78mg/g。[结论]该研究得到了硬头黄竹叶黄酮提取的最佳工艺,为竹叶黄酮工业化生产工艺的建立提供了依据。
