海拉尔西山公园樟子松根际微生物季节动态研究

摘    要:目的]研究海拉尔西山公园樟子松根际土壤微生物数量季节动态变化和秋季土壤优势菌株。方法]采用分离培养和生理生化试验等方法,对土壤样本进行微生物计数和优势菌株鉴定。结果]细菌、放线菌与微生物总数的季节变化相似,其峰值出现在9月;真菌总教的峰值则出现在7月。3类土壤微生物数量的最低值均在5月出现。分离到的优势菌株为细菌6个属31株、放线菌2个属21株、真菌3个属17株。结论]样地土壤中各类群微生物数量均有明显的季节变化。

Abstract:Objective]The seasonal dynamics of the microbes and preponderant microbes in the soil collected from Xishan Park of Hailaer were studied.Method]The count of the microbes and the identification of the preponderant microbes were determined by isolation,culture and chemistry.Result]The numbers of the microbes as well as the bacteria and actinomyces were the highest in autumn and the lowest in spring.But the number of fungi reached the highest in summer and the lowest in spring.There were 31 colonies of bact...
