微生物絮凝剂产生茵的筛选与絮凝特性研究

摘    要:目的]筛选出活性高、用量少的微生物絮凝剂产生茵,探讨絮凝剂的成分及其絮凝特性。方法]通过稀释涂布法和划线法,从花园土壤中筛选到一株稳定高效的微生物絮凝剂产生茵WH一2,探讨其最佳培养条件。结果]在最佳培养条件下,其发酵液对高岭土悬液的絮凝率高于90%。该茵产生的絮凝剂不舍还原糖。当絮凝剂的投加量为3m1时,絮凝率最高,达75.4%。结论]WH-2具有重要的研究前景和应用价值。
