| 摘 要： | [目的]探讨铵态氮／硝态氮对鸡冠花试管开花的影响。[方法]调节激素配比及铵态氮／硝态氮比例，研究其对鸡冠花试管开花的影响。[结果]当NAA浓度为0．1mg／L时，鸡冠花试管开花率可达66．67％；当6-BA与NAA配合使用时，开花率都较高，最高达60．00％，最低达26．67％。MS中铵态氮／硝态氮比值为10：50时，鸡冠花试管开花率最高。[结论]激素可促进鸡冠花试管开花，铵态氮／硝态氮比值低时有利于鸡冠花试管开花，铵态氮／硝态氮比值高时对鸡冠花试管开花不利，甚至会造成植物铵中毒。

| Abstract: | [Objective] The effect of the ratio of ammonium to nitrate fertilization on cockscomb(Celosia cristata) plantlet flowering was analyzed.[Method] The different combinations of regulating hormone and the different ratios of ammonium to nitrate fertilization were adjusted for the promotion of Celosia cristata plantlet flowering.[Results] When the NAA concentration was 0.1 mg/L,the flowering rate of cockscomb plantlet was 66.67% and the flowering rate of it was 60.00% and the lowest one was 26.67% when both of ... |
