豆蔻天竺葵鲜叶挥发性成分的HS-SPME/GC-MS分析

摘    要:[目的]研究豆蔻天竺葵鲜叶中的挥发性成分。[方法]采用顶空固相微萃取(HS—SPME)和气相色谱质谱联用(GC—MS)技术对豆蔻天竺葵鲜叶挥发性化学成分进行分离鉴定,用色谱峰面积归一化法确定各组分的相对含量。[结果]从豆蔻天竺葵叶挥发性物质中分离出了68个组分,鉴定出了61个组分,并测定了各组分相对含量,包括D一柠檬烯(61.18%),芳樟醇(4.09%),大栊牛儿烯(3.38%),4-蒈烯(2.92%),桉叶醇(1.31%),仅一蒎烯(2.19%),桧烯(2.15%),异松油烯(2.86%),1,7,7-三甲基双环[2.2.1]庚-2-乙酸酯(1.98%)等。[结论]通过对豆蔻天竺葵挥发性成分的研究,为豆蔻天竺葵资源的进一步开发利用提供了试验依据。
