摘    要:目的]研究板栗分子标记辅助育种的配套育苗技术,以期节约分子标记辅助育种苗木培育成本、缩短育种年限。方法]按照板栗的横径和纵径,采取1/2、.1/3、1/4等切取比例以及横切、竖切、斜切、双边竖切等切取方法,共计10个处理。测定各处理的发芽率、成活率及苗木形态指标,分析各处理与对照之间的显著性差异。结果]1/3斜切为最佳切取方式,不仅可以保证高发芽率、成活率,且经其处理后的幼苗生长状况与对照的板栗幼苗无明显差异,苗木质量较高。结论]该套育苗技术,不仅可以节约育苗成本,缩短育种年限,还可促进板栗提前发芽,对生产有一定的指导意义。
