| 摘 要： | 利用抚顺、清原、新宾三县1961~2008年的气象资料,分析了抚顺市主要农业气候资源现状,其现状为雨量充沛、日照充足、热量资源丰富,适合现代农业生产发展。然后,根据抚顺市地理位置和气候特点,提出了有效利用气候资源的具体措施,包括发挥农业气候资源优势,做大食用菌产业;利用有效积温,调整种植结构;大力发展山区立体农业。最后,总结了制约抚顺市农业发展的干旱、洪涝、冰雹等主要气象灾害类型及其危害,并提出了科学防御气象灾害的措施。 |
