| 摘 要： | 强调历史文化古镇是我国地方文化与特色传承的重要基地，在总结我国历史文化名镇保护与开发的特点与模式的基础上，以大圩古镇的保护与开发为例，介绍了大圩的保护现状，并揭示出其缺乏社区居民“原真性”行为景观、商业行为取代了“原真性”民俗、旅游设施不完善、传统聚落面临破败风险的发展现状，在此基础上提出了古镇保护与开发的策略，主张做好古镇保护、建设、旅游规划，切实做好功能转换定位，实行有机的旧城整治并加强旅游设施的规划建设，促进古镇可持续发展；拓展旅游产业链，强化区域联合；积极推进原住民参与古镇保护与开发；实施政府主导、企业经营管理和原住民参与的运行模式。
