| 摘 要： | 地是人类赖以生存的物质基础。在当前人口日益增长、经济社会快速发展、生态环境压力逐渐增大的形势下,土地资源的可持续利用已经成为关系全局、影响深远的重大问题。以河南省漯河市为例,通过对土地资源利用现状的分析,结合经济社会发展需求和总体形势,探寻了典型平原农业区和城镇化、工业化快速推进区土地资源可持续利用的有效途径,可为土地利用和土地管理决策提供依据。
