摘    要:目的]筛选代谢木糖产乙醇的酵母菌株。方法]以木糖为唯一碳源,从自然环境中筛选了木糖利用酵母菌,并对筛得菌株进行了发酵性能的测试。结果]共筛得4株菌株C4、C5、H5和M2,其中C4菌株24h发酵木糖为乙醇的效率最高(38%),但M2茵株乙醇产量最高(0.438g/L)。由于酵母菌发酵木糖产乙醇随着发酵时间延长会消耗产物,导致原料转化率下降,因而发酵时间不宜过长。结论]结合木糖转化率随发酵时间的变化趋势,以M2菌株的发酵性能最为优良。
