| 摘 要： | 本文对６例乳腺癌的肿瘤血供研究发现主要供血动脉是胸廓外侧动脉，而非肩胛下动脉和胸廓内动脉。提出行动脉灌注化疗时，不宜只行胸廓内动脉灌注，而应扩大范围，包括上述三支动脉。同时对６例乳腺癌术前灌注化疗的效果作了观察。

| Abstract: | The investigation on neoplastic blood supply in six patients with breast cancer demonstrated that main suppllying artery comes from lateralis thoracic artery but neither cubscpularis artery nor internal thoracic artery. It is recommened that chemicals should be infused through not only the internal thoracic artery but also the other two arteries. The effects of preoperative chemical infusion on breast carcinoma were observed. |
