摘    要:氮、钾是马铃薯吸收最多的两种营养元素。本文通过田间试验,研究了不同的氮、钾肥配比对川芋56和白花洋芋2个马铃薯品种产量、养分吸收和品质的影响。结果表明:不同的氮、钾肥配比对马铃薯的养分吸收、产量、品质和经济效益影响显著。2个马铃薯品种的产量都随钾肥用量增加而升高,高钾用量处理的产量最高,川芋56最佳施钾量比白花洋芋高;随氮肥用量的增加,呈抛物线变化,中氮用量处理的产量最高。钾肥的施用显著增加2个马铃薯品种的淀粉含量,降低硝酸盐含量;氮、钾营养对马铃薯维生素C的影响不显著。

Abstract:Nitrogen and potassium were the two mostly needed nutrients by potato.In this paper, a field experiment was conducted to investigate the effects of different rates of nitrogen and potassium fertilizers on the yield,nutrient uptake and quality of two potato cultivars.The results showed that different rates of nitrogen and potassium fertilizers significantly affected the yield,nutrient uptake,quality and economic profit of potato.Both two varieties potato yields increased with the enhancement of potassium rate,and the highest level of potassium fertilizer achieved the highest potato yield,and the amounts varied greatly between the two cultivars, with much higher demand on K for the cultivar Chuanyu 56 than that for the cultivar Baihua. Potato yields were related to the rate of nitrogen fertilizer in parabolic curve,and reached the highest yield at the middle level.Potassium fertilizer significantly improved the starch content,and reduced the nitrate content of two varieties of potato.Effects of different combinations of N and K on Vitamin C of two potato cultivars were not significant.
