摘    要:本研究采用裂区试验设计,以短日和嫁接双重诱导下的3个甘薯品种为主区,植物生长调节剂处理为副区,研究3种植物生长调节剂单独作用时对甘薯开花结实有促进作用的最佳浓度,分析了各品种作为杂交亲本时的利用价值.结果表明,渝薯2号和浙13的开花结实能力均显著高于商丘52-7,可作为优良的亲本材料加以利用;诱导甘薯开花和结实促进作用最显著的植物生长调节剂处理为25 mg/L 6-BA,其次是50 mg/L NAA和400 mg/L GA3.

Abstract:In this study,using split-spot experimental design with three sweet potato variaties which were double induced by short-day and grafting as main spot,and different concentrations of plant growth regulator as sub-spot,the optimal concentration of individual plant growth regulator for promoting flowering and seed production of sweet potato was investigated,and the applicable value of the three varieties as parents was discussed.The results showed as to flowering and seed production,Yushu No.2 and Zhe No.13 were significantly better than that of Shangqiu 52-7 and could be used as parent.6-BA treatment with 25 mg/L was the most effective treatment for promoting abloom and seed production,next to 50 mg/L NAA and 400 mg/L GA3.
