甘薯脱毒苗驯化培养及大田光合效率研究

摘    要:本试验研究了不同基质对甘薯JS004脱毒组培苗驯化培养的影响,并对驯化苗与常规苗进行大田种植,分析比较其光合效率及产量.研究结果表明:在珍珠岩:蛭石:草炭土为1∶1∶0.5的基质上,甘薯脱毒苗驯化培养较其它处理,蔓长长,分枝多,叶片数多,SPAD值高,效果最好;大田种植脱毒驯化苗光合效应高于常规苗,单株产量比常规苗增加40.9%.

Abstract:Domesticated cultivation of virus-free sweet potato(JS004) seedlings in different media was studied,and photosynthetic efficiency and single plant yield of domesticated and conventional seedlings in field were analyzed.The results showed that virus-free sweet potato seedlings in medium(perlite∶ vermiculite∶offer=1∶1∶0.5)had higher SPAD value,longer stem,more branching and leaves and better effect than other treatments,and the photosynthetic efficiency and single plant yield of domesticated virus-free seedlings was better than that of the conventional seedlings in field.
