21世纪全球主要物质战略资源研究

通过对世界主要国家战略资源的研究，更好地了解我国战略资源在世界所处的位置，为我国的战略资源开发及其优化配置奠定决策依据。主要从战略资源全球获取、战略资源安全、战略资源战略等方面，运用文献综述，调查研究、数量统计方法实施对战略资源进行分析。研究结果表明，我国战略资源特别是能源矿产安全方面存在许多问题，中国应积极推动战略资源全球化战略，加快实施“走出去”开发境外资源战略的步伐。

Strategic Resources of Global Main Materials in the 21st Century

Researches on the strategic resources in the major countries of the world give a better understanding of the position of China＇s strategic resources in the world. Resources are important guarantee for national economic development. Analyses are made on the strategic resources including global access to strategic resources, strategic resources security, and strategic resource strategy, using literature review, re- search, statistical methods. The results show that there are many security problems in China＇s strategic resources especially energies and minerals. China should actively promote the globalization strategy, accelerate the implementation of ＂going out＂ strategy for the development of resources.
