摘    要:以海州常山1a硬枝为试材,研究了不同种类和浓度的植物生长调节剂对海州常山硬枝扦插生根的影响.结果表明:2,4-D、IBA、NAA和ABT1均可以促进海州常山硬枝的生根,以200 mg·L-1的ABT1处理的最好,生根率为93.3%,其次是400 mg·L-1的NAA,生根率为92.0%.方差分析表明:不同生长调节剂种类...

Abstract:An experiment was conducted to study the effects of different types and concentrations of plant growth regulators on rooting of one-year-old hardwood cuttings of Clerodendrum trichotomum.Results showed that 2,4-D,IBA,NAA and ABT1 all could promote the rooting of hardwood cuttings of C.trichotomum,but the rooting effects of 200 mg·L-1 ABT1 and 400 mg·L-1 NAA were better than those of the others,and their rooting rates reached 93.3% and 92.0%,respectively.The variance analysis showed that there was no significant difference in rooting rate between different types of growth regulators,while a significant difference was observed between different concentrations.The effects of different types and concentrations of growth regulators on rooting volume both reached extremely significant levels,but there was no significant diffe-rence in root length.The observation of rooting process and the analysis of rooting indexes show that the growth of hardwood cuttings for about 75 days after cutting can guarantee the high rooting quality(rooting rate,rooting volume,and root length) of hardwood cuttings of C.trichotomum in Shanghai in spring.
