摘    要:细胞质雄性不育性在高等植物遗传育种研究中占有重要地位,一直是植物遗传育种和遗传理论研究的热点。通过综述洋葱细胞质雄性不育类型、不育机理、起源关系等方面的研究进展,对洋葱工作的进一步开展及雄性不育的选育提出一些粗浅的建议。

Abstract:Cytoplasmic male sterility(CMS) plays an important role in genetic breeding research of higher plant,and has been the hot spot of the genetic breeding of plant and the genetic theory research.Onion is preferred as a commercial vegetable crop all over the world.The onion cytoplasmic,male sterile type,mechanism of infertility,expression pattern were reviewed,according to the origin of the relationship between the study progress of onions work for the further development and the breeding of male sterility several suggestions were put forward.
