玉米杂种一代的酯酶酶谱分析

摘    要:本文利用4个亲本杂交的后代F1的玉米品种,采用聚丙酰胺凝胶电泳进行酯酶同工酶谱分析,结果表明:玉米不同生育期具有不同的酶带,其中幼叶的酯酶酶带多于胚中的酯酶酶带;由于不同组合具有不同的配合力,后代中父本、母本的酯酶遗传物质比率具有很大差异。

Abstract:The experiment had analysed the esterase isoenzyme in the F1 hybrid crossbreed of maize by PAGE method. It showed that different growing stage had different esterase isoenzyme, at the same time, the results had indicated esterase isoenzyme of leavies were more than that of embryos, however, due to different combining ability of combinations,there are great difference in the ratio of male to female Esterase in the progenise.
