| 摘 要： | 本文对新时期农村扶贫开发工作的内容及具体措施进行了论证和分析。认为新世纪初期,贫困仍是一项长期而艰巨的任务。指出搞扶贫开发,应建立以政府为主导,社会各方力量共同参与的多元扶贫主体;做好贫困地区老有所养工作;采取积极有效的措施,把减轻农民负担落到实处。

Developing the suporting poor, we should establish the many-faceted main body,which would be led by the government, taken part in by every social force,successfully complete the work to provide for the aged,take positive and effective actions to fulfill the releasing burden of farms. |
