旱地春谷数量性状的遗传与选择研究

摘    要:考察的19个旱地春谷7个数量性状的遗传力都较高,其中穗长、穗重、穗粒重、株草重的遗传变异系数大,相对遗传进度高;茎高、千粒重、生育期的遗传变异系数小,相对遗传进度低。产量与穗重、穗粒重、千粒重显著正相关,千粒重和生育期对产量的直接作用较大。穗重、穗粒重和穗长作为产量选择性状进行改良的前景广阔,在早代选择是有效的,通过稳重、穗粒重、加强对千粒重的正向选择有助于更好地选择高产基因型。

Abstract:Seven quantitative characters of the 19 spring millet varieties in dry-area showed high broad-sense heritability,its genetic variation coefficient of variability were great in the spike length,spike weight,grains weight per spike and grass weight per plant while relatively low in stem height,TGW and growing period.The yield and spike weight,grains weight per spike and TGW had direct correlation,moreover,TGW and growing period in yield had great effect on the yield.The spike weight,grains weight per spike and spike length were regarded as the selection character of yield and had bright future.Its selection was efficient during the early generation.The direct selection to TGW was enhanced by means of selecting spike weight,and the grains weight per spike will make contribution to selecting high-yield genotype.
