玉米锈病和小豆锈病的空间分布型研究

摘    要:采用田间观察试验,对玉米锈病(Puccinia sorghi Schw.)和小豆锈病(Uromyces appendiculatus Ung)的病害空间分布型进行了研究。结果表明:玉米锈病的空间分布型发病前期为聚集分布,发病中期的空间分布聚集程度逐渐变小,发病后期接近均匀分布或随机分布。小豆锈病的空间分布型为聚集分布,但是接近于随机分布。根据平均拥挤度和平均密度关系回归方程,得到2种病害在不同发病程度下的理论抽样数。

Abstract:The spatial distribution pattern of rust of Puccinia sorghi Schw.in maize and bean of Uromyces appendiculatus Ung in the field was studied.The results showed: The spatial distribution of rust was aggregation at early stage on maize,and it was uniform distribution at later stage.But on bean,it was aggregation at all stages.On the basis of epidemiological perspective,the means the rust conidiom transmitted a long distance on maize,but it transmitted a short distance on bean.The optimum sampling number of the two kinds of rusts were determined according to the regression equation of average congestion and density.
