| 摘 要： | 为探讨铁坚油杉无性系苗木快繁技术,采用嫩枝扦插繁殖法开展此项研究。研究表明,铁坚油杉无性系间其穗条扦插生根率有显著差异,参试无性系穗条扦插生根率变幅为93.3%～38.9%。筛选出了扦插生根率高的无性系3个即KD03、KD04、KD06;穗条带6～8片叶可显著提高穗条的生根率;GGR生根剂不同浓度处理对穗条生根率有显著影响。

| Abstract: | In order to explore the rapid reproduction technology,the softwood cutting of Ketelleria davidiaca was conducted in this paper.The results showed that there were significant difference of the rooting rate among different Ketelleria davidiaca clones, which ranged from 93.3% to 38.9%. and 3 clones with higher rooting rate were screened out, it is, KD03, KD04 and KD06. the cuttings with 6~8 pieces of leaves could significant increase theirs rooting rate, and There were notably effect on the rooting rate of cuttings when treated with different concentrations of GGR. |
