植物生长延缓剂DPC对棉花根系活力的生理作用

摘    要:棉花根系的生理活性直接影响棉株生长及体内物质代谢状况。大田栽培条件下,在根系生长盛期(蕾期)和根系吸收高峰期(花铃期)连续应用植物生长延缓剂 DPC(N,N-二甲基哌啶鎓氯化物)可以显著地增强棉株根系生理功能。结果表明:喷施 DPC 后棉株根系伤流量、合成氮基酸的能力和吸收无机磷的数量均有明显增高,同时亦增强了伤流液中细胞分裂素的活性。

Abstract:The physiological role of DPC(N.N-dimethyl-piperidinium chlo- ride)on the root activity of cotton plants(Gossypium hirsutum L.) was studied systematically under field conditions in 1985-1986.The results are summarized as follows: DPC-treated plants had more root bleeding sap than untreated plants, the synthesis ability of free amino acid in root system was increased.
