| Abstract: | Library is a place of congregation and decentralization for achievements of human civilization, which is an impor- tant hinge of diffusing newspapers information resources. Firstly, the paper depicts the physical performance forms and the collection methods of current library newspapers, then analyses its existent management problems, finally puts forward corre- sponding countermeasures as to each management problem, to realize the goals of enhancing newspapers＇ utilization and readers＇ satisfaction. |
