| 摘 要： | 车辆转向节的挤压成型属于镦挤和正挤压组成的复合挤压问题 ,本文应用刚塑性模型分析了镦头直径和圆角半径参数变化对挤压成型质量的影响 ,找出了挤压成型过程的最佳参数范围。

| Abstract: | The extrusion of vehicle′s steering joints is a composition of upset and positive extruding. In this paper, the factors of affecting extruding properies such as upper part diameter and joint rediameter are studied by using the rigid plastic mold, and the extruding process optional parameters are given also. |
