银杏叶不同时期黄酮含量测定与比较

黄酮是银杏叶的主要药用成分,其黄酮含量在很大程度上决定着银杏叶的利用价值。通过对大龄银杏叶不同生长时期黄酮含量的测定与比较,分析银杏叶中黄酮含量随生长期的变化规律,揭示出大龄银杏树采摘叶片的最佳时期。试验结果表明:不同生长时期的银杏叶黄酮含量变化幅度较大,在1年中黄酮含量出现2次峰值,8月份出现第1个峰值,黄酮含量为0.884%,以后下降较快,10月叶色发黄后又上升到最高值0.977%。
