福建割手密的搜集、研究和利用

摘    要:在福建省境内搜集了78份割手密无性系,并进行性状观察和同工酶、染色体分析。结果表明福建割手密在性状上可分为闽东南、闽西北、闽北3种类型;酯酶同工酶共呈现8条酶带,19个酶谱类型;染色体数目有2n=72,80,84,88,92,96,102等7种类型。从同工酶的分析来看,福建割手密可能是由低海拔向高海拔扩展的。综合评价10个优良的无性系进行创新利用,选出闽蔗92/117的高产饲料蔗及一些中间材料。

Abstract:Trait observation, isozyme and chromosome analysis were made on the 78 clones collected in Fujian. The results showed that there were three types of traits (Southeast, Northwest and North of Fujian); 8 isozyme bands and 19 zymograns in the esterase isozyme; 7 types of chromosome numbers (2n=72,80,84,88,92,96,102). The analysis of isozyme indicated that S.spontaneum L. in Fujian might have expanded from the low altitude to the high. High yield forage cane (Menzhen 92/117) and some intermediate materials were selected by synthetic evaluation and innovation utilization from the 10 superior clones.
