| 摘 要： | 多年来,塞罕坝机械林场把森林防火工作当作关系自身生死存亡的头等大事来抓,取得了建场48年未发生较大森林火灾的优异成绩。但仍然存在一些问题。根据塞罕坝林区的气候、水文特点,以及林场现有防扑火设备的条件,建立更为科学的水灭火系统既有必要性,又有可能性。水灭火系统建设将对林场及周边地区的生态、社会和经济三方面产生积极的影响,有力推动当地社会经济的可持续发展。

| Abstract: | Over the years,the forest fire prevention in Saihanba forest is thought as a top priority,and achieving 48 years no forest fire occurring.But there are still some problems.Therefore,it is necessary for Saihanba forests to establish a more scientific water fire extinguishing system under the local climate,hydrological characteristics,and existing anti-forest fire suppression equipment conditions,Forest fire-fighting water system construction and the surrounding areas will have a positive impact on the ecological,social and economic sustainable development. |
