饭豆种子萌发特性的研究

摘    要:通过测定饭豆3个品种白沙克、奶白花和红小豆种子在萌发期间的吸水量、呼吸速率和过氧化氢酶活性变化,发现饭豆种子属于快速发芽种子类型,可能与其吸水快,代谢启动快以及呼吸、酶活性等相关.吸水速度快,量大且持续时间长,呼吸速率和过氧化氢酶活性变化曲线较平稳.

Abstract:The changes of water absorption,the respiratory rate and the activity of catalase and vigor of Phaseolus calcaratus seeds three varieties named baishake,naibaihua and hongxiaodou in the process of germination were analyzed in this experiment.The results showed that Phaseolus calcaratus seeds germinated quickly due to their quick water absorption,the rate of respiration and the activity of the catalase,etc.The amount of water absorption,the rate of respiration and the activity of the catalase reached a high level.But the others formed one not so steep,and no significant peak appeared.
