山楂切片机的研制

生产山楂浓缩汁必须采用浸提方法。为保证浸提效果须先将山楂切片,根据其组织结构特点及浸渍加工工艺要求,对山楂切片机切片方式、切片自动喂入、切片中心距、切刀转速、电机功率等主要参数进行了分析与结构设计。该机经生产实践考核,证明设计合理,使用方便。既可切山楂片,亦可作其它水果切片。

To produce concentrated juice and drinks is an important field in further process of hawthorn. Producing concentrated juice of hawthorn is different from producing other juices. The hawthorn must be sliced before dissolving for good extracting result. The exist slicing machine designed for other fruits is unfit for slicing hawthorn. So studies and manufacture of hawthorn slicing machine to meet the needs not only for hawthorn but also for other fruits is necessary. The simple structure, easy to operate and dependable functions of the machine are proved by the test of producing operation.
