| 摘 要： | 目的]研究神经肽Y在营养性肥胖小鼠垂体的分布与表达,探讨其对营养性肥胖的调节作用。方法]采用饲料饮食性营养造模,通过免疫组织化学SP法及图像分析法进行研究。结果]神经肽Y在小鼠的腺垂体和神经垂体中均有表达,在腺垂体呈索状排列,中间部分较为分散。与对照组相比,腺垂体的NPY免疫反应阳性细胞数目增多,表达量明显增加（P〈0.05）,神经部的NPY免疫阳性纤维的密度增大,但表达量变化不明显。结论]神经肽Y自身参与动物营养摄入,并通过影响其他食欲肽调节动物的体重。
