径向电磁轴承结构设计与分析

摘    要:以8极径向电磁轴承为例,讨论了径向电磁轴承的主要结构形式;决定轴承系统性能的主要参数的选取原则;轴承定子与转子结构参数的计算方法。并给出设计实例。基于二维静态模型对设计实例进行了电磁场数值模拟,通过对相关场量分布规律的分析,验证和校正了结构设计过程中的假设条件和设计结果。

Abstract:The structures of radial active magnetic bearings (RAMB) were listed, the main parameters related to the performance of a RAMB were analyzed and the basic equations for geometric parameters of stator, rotor and winding were given. The analytical design of a RAMB example was performed with assumptions of that all electromagnets were decoupled and their nonlinear iron properties were negligible. Magnetic field analysis of this example by the 2D finite element method revealed the influences of poles arrangements, magnetic resistance, magnetic leakage and fringe effect which were all neglected in the previous design. The hypotheses for structural design were testified their validity by the design results of the RAMB and the magnetic field analysis.
